Double Dipping - is when a player waits for their GB to pay out the daily bonus and then flips it to collect a second bonus. This is why the owners of a GB want to put the last FP on them.
Why? Most GBs produce tangible benefits (coins, supplies, FPs, military units) every 24 hours. They will also produce the same benefit every time they are leveled. Allowing the owner to place the last FP to level, right after collecting, will get them double the rewards. This doesn't apply to Statue of Zeus, Temple of Relics, and Terracotta Army as they have no direct benefit payout.
If you see anything you don't understand- ask. We'll be happy to fill you in.
